Dr.Narayan Hegde,Vice President and Mr Ramadas Acharya,PRO Kannada Sangha Pune met Mr Prakash Javadekar,Hon.HRD Minister,Government Of India, in Pune on 10th July 2016 during his first visit to Pune after taking new assignment and congratulated and felicitated him forr taking the new important responsibility and explained the activities of Kannada Sangha’ and Kaveri Group of Institutes activities and extended an invitation to visit the Institutes.

Mr. Javadekar has accepted the invitation and promised to address students in due course and sent reply thanking Kannada Sangha Pune.


Dr P.K.Shetty,Professor and former Dean,N.I.A.S & I.I.Science,Bangalore visited Kannada Sangha Pune on 19th July 2016.

Dr Shetty appreciated the activities of Kannada Sangha Pune in the fields of Culture,Education and social responsibilities in the city of Pune and congratulated.

Opening of Kannada Sangha Pune’s dream project Kaveri International School was held on Friday 17th June 2016 at Lohegaon.

Opening ceremony was done by performing Ganesh Pooja and Sarswati Pooja in the new building.
